Welcome to Coar Athletics!
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and expectations for athletes, parents, and visitors using our website (www.coarathletics.com) or participating in our program.
By registering, submitting payment, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Overview
Coar Athletics is a performance recreational cheer program offering a competitive, family-oriented experience at an affordable cost.
All athletes and parents agree to uphold the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and Gold-Hearted Greatness.
2. Registration & Payments

Registration requires a $65 one-time non-refundable fee.

Monthly tuition is $125, covering gym rental and competition fees and is due by the first of every month (with grace until the fifth).

Late monthly tuition fee will be $50.

A $270 uniform package is required, which includes a uniform, bow, warm-up, bag, practice set, and team T-shirt.

All payments are final and non-refundable once submitted.

ALL RECURRING PAYMENTS MUST BE ENROLLED IN AUTO-PAY.

Failure to submit tuition payments on time may result in athlete suspension until paid.
3. Quitters Fee Policy
A $400 Quitters Fee applies if an athlete voluntarily leaves the program before the season ends or fails to fulfill team obligations.
This policy ensures fairness to other athletes and covers non-refundable program costs.
4. Season Commitment

This season runs December through April.

Attendance at practices, events, and competitions is mandatory unless excused by the coach.

Consistent attendance is essential to team progress; repeated absences may result in removal from routines or the program.
5. Athlete Expectations
Athletes are expected to:

Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate sportsmanship.

Respect teammates, coaches, and staff at all times.

Represent Coar Athletics professionally at practices, performances, competitions and online.

Follow all safety guidelines and wear required gear.
6. Parent Responsibilities
Parents/guardians agree to:

Ensure timely payments for all fees and expenses.

Support their athlete’s participation and uphold team values.

Communicate respectfully with staff and other families.

Notify the coach promptly of absences or schedule conflicts.
7. Refund Policy

All registration, tuition, and uniform payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for missed practices, injuries, or schedule changes.

In the rare event of a program cancellation by Coar Athletics, partial refunds or credits may be considered.
8. Safety & Liability Waiver
Cheerleading involves physical activity and inherent risks.
By registering, participants and parents acknowledge these risks and release Coar Athletics, its owners, coaches, and facility partners from any liability related to injuries, accidents, or personal property damage occurring during participation.
9. Media Release
By participating, you grant Coar Athletics permission to photograph or record athletes during practices, events, and competitions for promotional use on our website and social media..
10. Code of Conduct
We promote a positive, inclusive, and family-oriented environment.
Disrespect, bullying, or unsportsmanlike behavior by athletes or parents will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal without refund.
11. Website Use
Visitors may not reproduce, copy, or use Coar Athletics materials, images, or logos without written permission.
Any misuse of our website or content may result in restricted access or legal action.
12. Policy Changes
Coar Athletics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
